Bohemian terrier pictures may be found at a rescue.
In the first years after its recognition the breed could only been seen in formerly Czechoslovakia, but already in 1967 a few dogs were exported to Holland and Sweden. The first breeder in Holland was Mrs. Rijkeboer-Bais. She showed her dogs and bred a few litters.

These dogs is the result of an appropriate crossbreeding between a Sealyham dog and a Scotch bitch, with the aim to develop a light, short legged, well pigmented hunting dog, with practical drop ears, easy to groom and easy to train. In 1959 these dogs were shown for the first time, and the breed was finally recognized by the FCI in 1963. Bohemian terrier pictures may be found at a rescue.
