The Dogo Argentino is a hunting dog that possesses extremely strong hunting instincts as well as extraordinary courage. It is a muscular, yet graceful dog of mastiff stock. They have incredibly strong jaws, and a short, sleek coat that is always white. This breed has been used for fieldwork, big game hunting search and rescue, and bomb detection. They also make excellent guide dogs for the blind, police dogs and guard dogs.
Also called Argentine Dogo.
