Giant Schnauzer
A giant schnauzer needs much exercise, but these dogs make fun pets as any breeder would tell you.
Adult dogs measure 26-28 inches and bitches 23-26 inches. As for weight, the males are about 60-80 pounds, while bitches are 55-75 pounds. They live for about 12-15 years on the average and need a lot of exercise to keep fit.

These are strongly built, sturdy dogs that are tall and squarish at the withers. They are powerful and agile with a short straight back and elongated head. The muzzle is long and strong, and the deep-set eyes are dark in color. A giant schnauzer needs much exercise, but these dogs make fun pets as any breeder would tell you.
