Owners that cannot solve behavior problems by themselves, surrender problematic pets to rescues or to shelters. Breed rescues assess the unwanted dogs surrendered to their care and do their best to rehabilitate them and find new homes for them. Being very people-oriented, these dogs need to live with their owners and communicate with the whole family. A pet left in the backyard and not included in the family activities doesn’t develop mentally. It is very likely to develop behavior problems. Bored dogs tend to become destructive or aggressive and try to amuse themselves. They dig, chew on everything and try to escape.
