The breed is eager to obey the owner, yet can be aloof with strangers. They like to play and enjoy spending time with the owner. The average lifespan for the breed is 12-15 years. The fastest dogs, these canines need a devoted owner who will supply them with sufficient exercise and love. These dogs are characterized by a long and narrow head, dark intelligent eyes, and small ears, thrown back and folded.
