These are medium-sized, well-proportioned dogs that remind very much the Wirehaired Fox breed. The skull of the dog is flat and the muzzle is bearded. The dog has powerful jaws. The hair on the ears is shorter and often darker than on the body. Irish terrier breeders will offer pet photos.
