Japanese Chin - Picture

The Japanese Chin is like royalty in Japan. There are Inu, which means dogs in Japan and then there are Chin, who are considered royalty. This breed originated from the lap dogs of the Chinese aristocracy. During the 19th century the Japanese Chins were exported to England and the United States. Today this breed is a widespread companion dog.

Also called Japanese Spaniel and Chin.
