Today, the Cesky Fousek is widespread and appreciated in his native land. He is famous for his intelligence and stamina, and enjoys interaction, exercise and hunting practice. The breed was nearly wiped off the earth during World War I, and in the 1930s, breeders added the blood of some other breed.
