The Carlin Pinscher is a new breed that is a cross between a Miniature Pinscher and the Pug. Most people think it looks like a miniature Rottweiler. These dogs are about the size of an average house cat. They are described as a wonderfully sturdy, active, patient, and cheerful companion dog.
