Akc Rat Terrier
There is no standard through akc rat terrier but can be found on the UKC website and will allow any kennel whose breeder follows their guidelines to register their dogs.
Overall, there are about 10 organizations that register the breed. After the first registration in 1994 the number of these dogs increased much. By registering their dogs breeders agree to follow al the regulations and code of ethic adhered to by the registry.

This breed isn’t registered by the American Kennel Club; the first organization that registered the breed was the UKC (Universal Kennel Club).
