Rottweiler Health

Rottweiler health depends much upon the breeders and kennels you buy a puppy from. In the wrong hands, these powerful dogs may become difficult to control and aggressive, but breeders usually check all buyers carefully and sell their dog to the right people only. With proper training and early socialization these dogs become calm, reliable, courageous and very protective. These creatures, like all large breeds, are susceptible to hip and elbow dysplasia and ACL damage. Entropy and eye problems are also possible. These dogs cannot stand too hot climates because of their dense coat; they tend to drool and snore. Rottweiler health depends much upon the breeders and kennels you buy a puppy from. It’s usually impossible to predict a temperament of a second-hand animal, because it’s likely to be mistreated by the previous owner. It takes some time for a dog to rehabilitate. Foster owners keep them until the permanent family is found. Families with children are usually refused adopting such a pet, because it’s not easy to own such a large and strong pet. Although being gentle and loyal with the family, these dogs may occasionally frighten or knock a child down. These dogs reach up to 27 inches at the withers. The weight of these dogs ranges from 80 to 110 pounds. Rottweiler health depends much upon the breeders and kennels you buy a puppy from.
