If kept in a small apartment, these dogs cannot burn off excessive energy and may develop bad habits, such as chewing, barking and others. If left in a large fenced yard, these dogs feel they are responsible for guarding the property. This breed is reported to be the only breed that never suffers from the lack of human attention. Though these dogs need exercise, training and socialization, they can be left alone when the owner is not home. A puppy of this breed needs much interaction to grow into a well-mannered and self-assured adult. Any michigan rottweiler rescue or any breeder can show you a photo of the animals available.
