Silky Smooth
The australian silky terrier has a silky smooth coat if properly cared for and may be viewed on a picture on most terrier photo sites.
The breed has a single coat that should be brushed daily to avoid matting. Usually, the puppies are born in black and tan. As the dog ages, it changes the black into silver or blue, yet some puppies never change the coat color.
