Vizsla
The vizsla dog is not usually found in a rescue kennel.
The name of the breed in the Hungarian language means alert and responsive. It has become a popular work, show and companion dog in the past few years. Robust but lightly built, he is a great jumper and if bored will try to escape from a yard that does not have a sufficiently high fence. He is the happiest when he has something to do.

Vizsla -
dog, rescue
This breed is one of the oldest documented sporting dogs in the world. There is a doubt that this breed was crossbred throughout the centuries with other breeds, including hounds. The breed has survived the Turkish occupation, the Hungarian Civil Wars, World Wars I and II, and the Russian occupancy. The vizsla dog is not usually found in a rescue kennel.
