These hounds are 19 to 22 inches high and the bitches are naturally smaller and are about 18 to 21 inches high. These hounds are measured at the highest point of the withers. More than one-half inch above or below the stated limits will disqualify. Whippet rescues are nice places to learn about them; a rescue is also a great spot to snap photos.
